Terrible. Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Booked an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed. My husband took him in. Upon entry one of the workers was smoking at the entrance door and blew smoke in his direction, directly in his face as they were walking in. There was absolute chaos with many dogs barking in the background and the one groomer who greeted my husband and dog appeared frustrated from the beginning. My dog was calm but visibly scared & nervous to go in. My husband suggested that our dog is calmer and more at ease when they are together. It was suggested that this was not necessary because this groomer had her co-worker to help. They mentioned that there would be an additional charge if they had to struggle with the dog - absolutely ridiculous. They proceeded to yank on him by pulling on his leash, being stern with their voices and rough with the leash. They were so unpleasant this was completely unnecessary. They made ZERO effort to make him feel comfortable. It was very apparent that they just wanted to get him in and out as soon as possible. My dog was very nervous and was pulling back because they were being aggressive with him. My husband told them to not yank on the dog like that and took him back without a nail trim. My dog is extremely friendly and very lovable. He is big but he is a gentle giant, their behavior was unnecessary. I have never seen my husband so upset with the treatment of his dog. If they treated my dog this way with my husband present, I can only imagine what happens when they get frustrated with a dog when the owner is not there. We will never return nor will we ever recommend this groomer. An absolute disgusting experience.

My dog loves to go there. He is excited to get into the groomers. The grooming and care he receives is second to none. The ladies are warm and friendly to all who walk on. Great job.

Becky did the fantastic job with my bichon frise. After having little consultation with Becky who recently got the award for Asian style, I decided to get him trendy asian style. And he ended up with cuteness overload. I really appreciate for the great and hard work! Thanks again to Becky and the team.
