These folks are legends. I have been in store once and the person I spoke to was giving me the most courteous and knowledgeable advice about dog food whilst aggressive customers kept trying to interrupt him. I also spoke to a lovely girl on the phone and she seemed keen to help me even though I was ordering online at the same time. Despite this, she stayed on the phone and guided me in also making a further purchase to qualify for faster in-store collection. THANK YOU!!!

It’s a big shed full of pet stuff :) Standard mixed offering for most pet types but not their biggest or newest store. Not bad for in-town though - good not to have to drive to an out of town shopping centre. Prices are ok - beats supermarkets but more expensive than online. Staff are keen and friendly. Some good advice available. Depends on the staff member though.

The staff were so knowledgable and friendly, much better than other pets at homes I've been too. Only wish they had a wider range of hamster bedding and other stuff but understand that it's just a small store. Also would wish they had bigger cages for hamsters as most are way too small. Thank you to the lady who helped me with advice for my hamster, sadly cant remember her name.

Staff are just brilliant going above and beyond the usual. Dogs are allowed into the shop which is a really nice touch. Prices are reasonable and there's a good range of products for puppies and dogs (I cannot comment re other species.! A car park is the icing on the cake.! ...
