Long Story Short my dogs did a trial boarding day with Julie directly and she asked me to drop the dogs at Archie and Agnes Day Care. I arrived there and in front of the shop I met a dog walker with 5 or 6 dogs on the lead (any qualified dog walker takes max. 4 dogs at once) which all went crazy and barked when seeing my dogs. In my opinion he did not have them under control. Then I went into the day care and there is Julie and another lady with 10-20 dogs all barking and going crazy as soon as I entered the shop. I already had a really bad feeling but because I knew they wouldn’t spend a lot of time in this day care place and my personal dog walker for 1,5 years recommended Julie for boarding (she was supposed to have the dogs at home) I thought well what can go wrong if I leave them for the day. So then at 5:30 Julie brought home the dogs and told my girlfriend that there was a small incident and one of my dogs was bitten in the ear. But it wasn’t that bad and we should just wash it out with salt water. After hearing this I immediately called her only she making excuses and talking about her 7 year experience and that she was shocked herself when it happened. So just a lot of bull****! I then found out that the incident happened at midday already and she hadn’t called me to tell me about it!!!!!! So she actually spent hours with my dogs with the wound at his ear without me knowing or being able to take them to the vet to check everything. Also the incident happened at a park where she did not have my authorisation to go to. I was just told she would go to Battersea park but she took them to a different park without my consent!!! So yes I was pretty frustrated finding out that she just decided to take my dogs to a different place and then didn’t tell me the whole day after my dog was bitten!!!! I even asked her to send me pictures and how they are on WhatsApp at midday and she sent me pictures of them not saying anything about what happened. Now to how the attack happened: apparently one of my dogs was on the lead and the other one running freely. Then a staffi came and apparently out of nothing attacked my dog on the lead. Then my other dog got between them to protect him and at that point was bitten in the ear. So although all this happened right next to Julie my other dog had to get in between before she was able to separate them. I think this all happened because she wasn’t careful enough. She didn’t ask a lot of questions when I dropped my dog off and this leads me to believe that she was not cautious enough. The way it looked to me they take on way too many dogs. They charge 35 pounds a day and there are so many good options out there for the same price. It still shocks me that I literally drop my dogs at 11:30; they manage to get them in danger and actually hurt after just 2 hours and then don’t feel the need to immediately call me. She even then lied to me on the phone and said the incident had just happened before she came to drop them off whereas I later found out this was a lie. Both my dogs came home completely distressed and they are both super nice and neither me or the usual dog walker ever had a problem with them. So seriously I had the worst experience.

Review from my clients: "Look Who's Walking offers a brilliant, professional and reliable service. They walk my dogs daily and recently looked after them while I was on holiday. They will treat your pets like their own and you can trust and depend on them fully. Amazing long walks and all the love and attention they need. Thank you!" Pippa, Battersea

My 9 month old Border Terrier has been going to day care once a week for the last 7 months, he always comes back exhausted from his day of fun with the other dogs. Amazing service, would really struggle having my dog without it! Otto also had his first professional grooming last week while at day care and came back looking better than I expected! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
