Been coming to this store for a few years now. They are imfomative and helpful and give knowlegeable advice on species whether it be reptile, aquarium or rodent. The good thing about the people running it (Jim or Steve.) Is that they follow up anything that is sold to you, which adds to that personal touch. They care....very happy and will continue to be a loyal patriot for many more years!

Have been going there for years now. Bought a few pets from them (cockatiels) and constantly go there for absolutely everything, but mainly advice!! Jim is the owner and he is just brilliant. His assistant, Stephen, is amazing too. Absolutely respect those two people for their genuine passion about what they do, for the continuously positive and professional attitude to absolutely anyone who steps into the shop, and for just the way that they would always try to help you. This is very rare for pet shops especially, and in London there are no other shops that could complete, that's been tested so I am positive!
