Groomer is rude, my dog was shaved in January and given a poodle hair cut, excessive hair around the face ears and tail and shaved everywhere else (body) Been a white haired dog, his ears was always wet from his bowel and face dirty from food. Didn’t like the style either. the customer after dog was also shaved with the same haircut and she walked out crying... I had to buy a jumper as in January it was -2c outside... they didn’t have any jumpers left in a small size so bought a medium @ £30 and took it to a seamstress to be taken in... total visit £80.00 spent. I couldn’t leave the shop without a jumper as it was so cold. was called in to be given a free dog groom which I insisted in paying as perhaps they may have been some confusion on how I described what I wanted. The manager would not accept any cash. I Showed the manager the jumper that had been altered also to fit my puppy ! When the groomer asked how I wanted it I said it to be cut short as it was that first Thursday in spring and it was 27c outside... teddy bear haircut I requested. He responded ‘so you want it shaved now?’... I thought to myself but said nothing, yes I would like it short now as it is 30c hotter than what it was in January. I Just been in today and was 15 mins late as I thought getting the tube was quicker than walking. It ain’t. Relying on two district lines. The Groomer could not do it. I won’t go back, the lady that walked out crying in January said to me she wasn’t going back their either. I think he refused me as he previously had to give me a free dog groom. I won’t go back again now and will not give this place another chance. I accept I was 15 mins late but customer service and attitude needs looking at. Oh and do not bother ringing me up to try and change this review either as I said I ain’t going back !!

Yet another fabulous groom by Lulu and the Waggin' Tails team 😁👌🏼 Four years of going to them and never any problems. We've been to a few groomers in the Barnes/Putney/Fulham area and couldn't be happier with the results every time. Thanks team 😋

Avoid this grooming parlour! The guy who works there totally messed up my dogs hair one ear was short and the other long it was like a butcher had cut it and Lulu his wife left so I stopped going.I was then called and told she was back there.I arrived for my dogs apt to be told she wasn’t in and the staff didn’t know if she’d be in.I was so upset after sitting in 30 mins of traffic to get there and wasted a whole morning. Then Lulu called me was extremely rude and said she was happy I wasn’t going to return. The worst attitude I’ve ever endured and terrible customer service.Never again!

THESE ARE BUTCHERS NOT BARBERS!!! A few days ago I brought my Cavapoo here to get a haircut. On the way home after collecting him I noticed he was bleeding!!! On closer inspection I discovered he had multiple cuts and grazes. I took him straight back as they have a vet on site and I wanted to confront them about what they had done. They offered no compensation, refund or even a mere apology .... If you love your animal DO NOT take them here. (Edit) I am disgusted with the response which suggest that this did not happen and I am lying. As I am not comfortable posting my real name online I have attached a picture of the Hibi scrub your vet prescribed.

This pet shop is (not my local) so beautifully supplied with all things that you might need for your pet. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is also a grooming parlour for your pooch. I took my shih tzu for grooming there many times. Last time I was not very happy about a few bits but to my pleasant surprise I was called by the owner. It is fantastic that they care about their customers and I would definitely take my dog back there with full confidence. Highly recommend
