1st time at hop Very friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable. It took longer then expected but Betsy looks like a film 🌟. When I checked properly it wasn't good. I have just got doggy re groomed just over 2weeks from above..by a lady who Came to my home..

The Budgerigar I purchased from HOP is super friendly, shows very good evidence of being hand-tamed and is a joy to have homed. I'm always suspicious when pet stores say their birds are hand tame but this one seems to be true. We love our bird and can't thank you enough!

I bought a kitten, they kept it seperate/in the back room from other kittens but I didn’t pay attention to that, when bought home it had fleas. Spent alot of money for the kitten and am very disapointed. Took it back to them and they ‘treated’ it but still had fleas DO NOT BUY kittens from them its a TOTAL ripoff.

Bought two kittens here a few months back, their doing well, vet has commented on their breeding both are very fit and happy with beautiful coats. Lady was very helpful in advising on food etc and happy to answer any questions. Not pushy at all and very welcoming.
