A great Pet Shop. All the staff there are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I rescued my dog a year ago and he was in pretty bad shape, his skin was really bad and he had lots of bald patches. But with the help and advice from the girls at the pet shop he is now 100% better. I couldn't recommend a better shop for all your pets needs.

Great selection of toys, food and other amenities. Beautiful shop cats and dog. Knowledgeable staff and kind service.

Decent pet shop with a variety of aviary, aquatic pets and kittens in stock while we were there. Very cute dog roaming around the store too! Parking is a problem here. If you just want to pop in for something it can take longer to park than the actual visit itself which is irritating because all local streets are permits only. Having said that the young lady was very polite, welcoming and full of genuine advise for our needs. I would happily buy from here again.

Was impressed with cleanliness and the cold water fish I purchased were in excellent condition and adapted well to my home aquarium

-got myself a hamster here, she is a lovely little girl but... when i first got her she was tiny, still a baby and very young and looked poorly, had crusty nose and ears. - i also got a gold fish... big mistake. the gold fish i bought was ill and ended up killing my previous fish i put him in with. and now every time i go in i see why i shouldnt have bought it in the first place. every tank has at least 1 dead fish in, and their bodies are just left to be eaten by the other fish. clearly something is wrong with this shop if something like a simple gold fish cant be kept alive by them. - hamster food is super expensive for what it is. they use to have bags for £2 but now the only hamster food i could find was a tub for £5. next time i will just go to tesco or asda.
