Lovely down-to-earth helpful cheerful and friendly staff. Also competitive on price e.g. niger bird seed is 20% less than Portobello/Golborne end pet shop competitor. ELLISES FOREVER! #VivaElShepBushMarket! #LoveTheLocalTeamSuperHoopsah!

Great little pet shop in Shepherd’s Bush Market !! I remember this shop as a boy in the early 1960s & it’s still the same now in 2018 & just as I remembered it !! A whole array of stuff for your pets is available here as well as kittens, birds, mice, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits & round the back which most people miss are tropical fish & reptiles from lizards to snakes !! Also sometimes spiders !! I can Remember buying my first grass snake here !! They now sell corn snakes & lizards etc !! Great shop and great to see it’s still there !!

I must admit... I wasn't sure about this place. Not the most fanciest of pet store but its got what you'll need. The staff are super friendly and not too pushy. & very helpful. I recommend popping in and having a look. You never know you might buy your pet here.
