Went here for the first time today and had a great experience. They accommodated me with a last minute appointment and all the staff were super nice, living up to their name. My dog looks fantastic and was in good spirits when I picked him up. Very happy I stumbled upon this place and it will be my regular grooming spot going forward. Definitely recommend!

I agree with the last 2 reviews. This place seems to be slipping a bit lately. My last visit there, my dog was not ready for pick up at the scheduled time ( they forgot to finish my dog ) I was told it would be another 20 -25 minutes. Came back 1/2 hour later and dog still was not ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes. I thought maybe they might offer some compensation in the form of a free grooming next visit or something, but all I got was an apology. Maybe time to start looking for a new groomer. Update: took up the owner's offer of a free grooming and everything went well. My dog was groomed as requested and ready on time for pick up. I like the job they do here and will continue to bring my dog there. Thanks for correcting the previous issue. Much appreciated.

Absolutely great, kind and caring team. My dog hates her nails being done (tipping, scrambling, some grumbling) and one of the ladies tried the grinder one day and she was a totally lady, no issues! So thankful for this team.

Ever since I moved to London close to three years ago this has been the only place I’ve gotten my dog’s hair cut. He’s a rescue, so many grooming places before Friendly Groomer would make him really nervous and he’d shake the entire drive there. At the Friendly Groomer he is always so excited and all the staff obviously care so much about the dogs they work with! Take your dogs here, you won’t regret it!

I’ve taken my long haired dachshund to a couple places in London and I keep coming back because the job they do is amazing every time! No complaints!! Highly recommend
