Great selection and price! Super friendly too!

I only know the store from my online purchase but my cat tree arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and most importantly my cat loves it. I'm very happy to purchase this cat tree from a Canadian company!

Great establishment. Mark was very helpful and accommodating to help me find the cage I needed. Unfortunately, had to return the cage I bought as the birds I was hoping to adopt were given to other good homes through the Humane Society. No hassles for the return. Would recommend for sure!

We ordered the Small Parrot Cage #B023 what is marked as a $299 value for $199. 1st of all, the cage wasn't delivered to our house what is around 3 km away from the post office. Canada post doesn't deliver "heavy" parcels as I was told from the guy in the evening. Seriously?! Anyway. After opening the box in our garage (lucky me!) - rusty dust came all over me. Imagine you live in an apartment and have carpet! OK. The parts were mostly bend and if you don't have tools - good luck getting the screws in where they should go. The assembly plan is complete useless. If you have never assembled a metal cage you will have problems to figure out on what to do. The overall craftsmanship is very very poor if you can call that. Door hinges are welded in a different height and I thought first I installed one wall upside down. But after a close look, the doors are in a quiet different size, and one door for the food can't be properly secured. All parts must be wiped off and properly cleaned from the rusty dust before you assemble the cage. Parts must be straightened out before they fit. I did write the same review on the "Littlewhiskers.ca" website. It looks like they don't like honest reviews about their products. Anyway. If you expect a product quality like from Petsmart, please do not order from Littlewhiskers.ca . I did ask the customer support to contact me via email about their poor product. No response at all! "100% satisfaction guaranteed !" - Sorry @ Littlewhiskers. You failed completely! Next time I order cheaper from China on EBay than supporting a Canadian company with no service at all and selling poor quality products! 2 stars only because the cage is housing my little Lovebirds so far. Update: After contacting Littlewhiskers.ca 1st with my REVIEW on the company website and asking to contact me please via email, I am still waiting for response. *REVIEWS must be submitted via the Littlewhiskers.ca contact us page. Still my review isn't posted on the company product webpage. But hey you see. They have time to respond on Google reviews. Everyone can now think what they want about Littlewhiskers.ca customer support service.... Last update: Now after weeks and after Littlewhiskers.ca answered here on Google, no official response from customer support. My review of this cheaply made product still not posted on the products reviews. How is the cage holding up? One of my birds knows now how to open food door to let her buddies out. 3 times that "this gangsters" escaped with help of "the door cracker"! Now I have to secure the door with a wire. Anyway. The parts are still bend but the cleaning is very easy. I must say that the "dirt" drawer is made out of very thin metal. It bends every time you clean it. Be careful!
