Holiday Pet Care

My dog stayed here for 10 days, consistently sent us pictures and updates to make us feel comfortable during his stay, very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone who prefers cage-free boarding.

I am appalled by the lack of care Holiday Petcare gave my precious Lab. We dropped him off in July 2018 and within 1 day we got a phone call that he was hurt...well I don't understand what the hell was going on there. When I went to pick him up, he had a very deep puncture wound just below his shoulder. He was upset and whiney. How the hell did that happen? Why was he not cared for? I was told a Great Dane and my Chocolate Lab were playing??? Hello, yes they may have been playing but where was the staff? Who was looking after my dog? We trusted you 100% to look after my pet and of course everyone else's pet there. Seems like you hired students to do the job? Nothing wrong with that but the question is how did this huge deep puncture wound got there in the first place? I am sure someone would have noticed when the Great Dane was on top of my dog???? And then trying to cover it up by a staff member telling us they were playing for a long while....hmmmm something doesn't sound right. I am not ignorant. The way the puncture wound happened was a canine going upwards and someone had to help pull him away. All we asked was the owner, Cheryl, to pay for our Vet bill that's all. How unfair and cruel of you to ignore our messages and phone calls. How can you run a business like that? You are misleading your customers by leaving a voicemail that says staff are with the dogs..... hmmmm....I think not! If that was true explain to me where the big puncture wound came from? I have pictures to prove you. We were loyal customers. Coming all the way from Brampton, for years to leave our family member under your care and this is what he gets??? No phone call from the owner?? No courtesy call?? Not sure how you are running that place. I want a phone call from you. I want my vet bill paid. DON'T IGNORE YOUR UPSET CUSTOMERS. You can't run a business like that when stuff like this happens. Everytime I called or sent messages I was told Cheryl was on vacation.... Your vacation should be over by now. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES YOU HAVE PROVIDED. Please contact me Cheryl. Are you not concerned about this incident? Does the other owner know what happened? Or are we supposed to move on and forget what happened so you can continue misleading your customers? No other dog deserves this if this happens again.

We were visiting Thornhill with our dog and had some people over who were scared of dogs. We called Holiday and they were happy to have our dog come in. They have an outdoor play space, an indoor play space, and private eating pens. The dogs are only penned when eating. At the end of the day our dog was exhausted from playing and the staff said she was great.

Great doggy day care. Leave your pups here without any worry. Loving staff and cage free facility!

Professional, proactive and caring staff. I never worry about my dog when he stays here. Thank you!
