I love my dog(bear ) more than anything in this entire world and I was having a bit of issues with him pulling, So I visit your pet value store, Ask the rep what can help she then tells me all this amazing things about a product your store sells called EASY WALK! comes with a leash and harness saying it helps with walking. I then after listen to a nothing but amazing talking from your store rep. I purchased this product which needless to say wasn't cheap. over 40$ before taxes but that isn't even the worst of my story at the most horrible experience in my life. I than take this product home walking my dog with it for a day or so maybe a little more than noticed my dog limping and crying when he nevers does this on walks. so i then examined my animal and your EASY WALK product cause the most horrible cuts that were deep which is very strange considering your harness was not even remotely too tight. So know I am taking my best friend to an animal hospital to get treated for massive cuts due to your inferior product SO PLEASE TO ALL DOG OWNERS I ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE THAN PET_VALUE THEY ALMOST KILLED MY BEST FRIEND BECAUSE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY"RE PUSHING ON PEOPLE. I have pictures of the massive cuts this product caused on the armpits both front ones so please for your love ones safety DO NOT SHOP HERE OR BUY ANY PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I would be lost without my best friend Thank you PET-Value for hurting the one thing that means the most in this very world.
