This is Puppy House Grooming and we just would like to correct some information and shared little bit our inside story.
First, our basic full grooming price for dog's that are under 15lbs is $60plus tax. If there is matting on the body than there will be an extra charge on top the basic grooming price.
Regarding about one of the review by Elton, we are sorry that you are not happy with our service, but I do want to explain that your requirement was to keep the body hair long 2 inches and you want fluffy looking. So, that's what we give you. Unfortunately you felt like we didn't cut the hairs the way you wanted, but we are only just following your orders. Also when your boyfriend picked up the dog, he didn’t complain at all, matter the fact he just picked up the dog and left. In our field, most people will check the dog before leaving and if there is anything uneven or need to be fix, most people will tell us right away and we will try our best to fix the problem. After leaving the store anything happens we will not be responsible at all.
For example; if a customer come into our store and asking to cut the hairs 2 inches and we following the order to do so, then when the customer pick up the dog and say that he need to cut some more, because he felt like the hair is still long, then we will need to charge him again because we did following customer’s needs. In your case, you contact us not right away, but after 3 days. So we are sorry to tell you that after 3 days, we are not responsible for that. Let me put like this way, let's say that you are going to having a haircut at the hair dresser, then you asking the hairdresser to cut your hair 2 inches and that is what the hairdresser did, then you paid and left the store, after getting home, you realize you still felt like hair's too long, then you go back to the hairdresser requesting cutting it more because you felt like the hairdresser didn’t cut your hair. Would you think the hairdresser will cut your hair again for free or would he charge you again for getting once more hair cut? I believe most of the hair dresser shop and grooming shop will not re-do that after you leave the shop or after come back in 3 days to re-do it.
What I am trying to say is, we following customers need, but you can’t take advantage of this service industry just because you are the customer. We will do our best to please all our value customers, but we will not downgrade our personal value and faith to please unreasonable request.
Regarding about our head groomer doesn’t answer the phone and just sending the receptionist to dealing with the complain is because our head groomer can understand the English, but she is unable to communicate fluently in verbal English. As all you can see that our English is not the best no matter it’s in written English or Verbal. If she have answered the phone, I believe the misunderstanding will be even greater than before. That is why she couldn’t answer the phone.
Anyway, regardless of what you think of us or say about us, we just want you to know that we are sincerely sorry for your unhappiness. We do hope you can find a grooming store that will make you happy . Thank you for your one time visit and thank you for your comment.
