Not sure where to start about how wonderful Park9 is. We joined around October 2018, and utalized all their services. Staff is amazing, owner is amazing. My dog Roxy loves going there and when she comes back shes in Park9 coma for the whole next day. We have used their boarding for a week and they were amazing at taking care of her. I know it's not the cheapest but I wouldn't sacrifice care for money. The best place for your dog and more importantly the best place for your peace of mind!!

Great staff. Convenient drop off pick up times, close to airport.

After doing some research we decided that this place is perfect since it's close to my wife's work. We took our dog there 3 times: First visit: The usual background check and medical history. We asked them what does taking care of our dog involves and they said they will observe the behavior and work on correcting any bad behavior. Dogs will be allowed out in the outdoor yard when the weather is nice. They will go to the pool once a day. All looked good so we booked our puppy for his first visit. Second visit: It's kinda slow at work so I had one of the monitors streaming their cameras and here is what happened: My dog was there for good 10 hours. During his visit he was in the same room (Playground1) and never left it. 2 people took rotation to watch over the dogs and at one point they kept talking not paying any attention to the dogs for more than 30mins. My dog is super friendly and seeks human attention all the time. He was running around them trying to draw their attention but they ignored him and kept talking. He was in the same playground for 10 hours and never made it to the pool; weather was really nice that day so I was surprised they didn't let them outside. The other group, however, were allowed to go outside and they also went to the pool. We picked up our dog and yes he was happy and tired since he got the chance to be around other dogs which is why I'm rating this place 2 stars. Third visit: We dropped off the dog around 7am and asked them if he would be allowed in the pool today, they assured us and even gave us a time of when his group will be in the pool (10:30AM) which is great. First person was a guy watching them. Comes 10:30 and I'm excited to see my dog in the pool but it didn't happen. I decided to wait until 12:15 then I gave them a call and asked why hasn't he been to the pool yet. They put me on hold for 20 seconds and they told me they are going to the pool now. I message my wife to let her know and we both started watching. Well what a disappointment: They all got to the pool room but my dog was afraid to go into the water (His first time) and they guy watching them was basically walking around. He showed no effort to try to encourage any of the dogs to go into the water. 20 mins later, they all left the pool and NONE of the dogs were wet. It's kinda warm today and it's not raining yet my dog hasn't been to the outdoor yard.

The only place I rely upon to keep my furry son safe! Every member of the organization are real dog lovers and extremely caring!

I brought my dog here for the first time about a year ago and I will always take my dog here (as well as my cat!) We were on our way to a trip overseas and our dog walker had recommended the dog boarding place they use. It turns out the place they had recommended was just a house that put their dogs in the muddy backyard. There was one dog tied up and another one humping it and everything smelled like pee. We were horrified and called around frantically trying to find somewhere else to take him. The staff at Park 9 were extremely friendly and made room for him when we had only hours to spare! Since then I have boarded my dog and my cat and every time I am thrilled. They even cater to my “crazy helicopter dog parenting style” and are fine with feeding him raw twice a day and putting his long ears back in his snood each time. He gets to keep his own bed and I love that they will bathe and groom him too. We were away for his birthday and they did a celebration for him with a meatloaf cake and took pictures of him in a birthday hat for us. Plus the webcams are amazing for when I’m missing him lots. They are absolutely the best. Don’t hesitate to use them!
