We’ve been taking our dogs here for years. One of the best groomers in Toronto. Very well priced, especially for the high quality grooming . They don’t over charge and are very fair with their prices. Very easy drop off and pick up, they take great care of the pups and my fur baby always looks like a princess after. Love this place! Highly recommend.

Best Groomer we have ever had! I have been taking our Havanese to Andrew and his team for 10 years.! There is a reason I continue to go back. They are the most AMAZING people to deal with and Gracie always looks beautiful, fluffy and smells fantastic when she leaves, thanks to Sherry and Andrew. They really care about our dog. In fact, if anything is ever of a concern on our dog , it is always brought to my attention to address with our vet, That is how great Andrew is. I highly recommend John Andrew for Pets to anyone looking for a great dog groomer for sure! Thank you to all of you: Andrew, Sherry and Hayley for all your beautiful work. You deserve 5 out of 5 stars most definitely!

Given that they took such wonderful care of my previous pooch, happily took my pup there and they did an outstanding job. From her face to her feet, she looked absolutely perfect and was super happy afterwards. It's usually a few wks wait for appointments, but well worth it.

Always take my fussy older dog here to get her nails trimmed. The lady who cuts her nails is very professional & does the job super quick. Amazed how she is able to do it but very glad she can! The people here are friendly and make you feel welcome. Your dogs/pets will be in good hands.

I have been going to John Andrew for 11+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always get compliments for how beautiful my dogs look. They are Cotons and let's just say that's not an easy cut. I'm shocked at reading some negative reviews. Everyone has an opinion but I have to believe it can also be us dog owners that expect too much: if we let our dogs get super matted, it's going to get shaved (although I gotta say, after the 1st pandemic lockdown mine went in after an attempted bath and brush I did and Andrew worked a LONG time to avoid shaving - so when it's possible they will do it!). If you don't like the service I suggest looking at yourself first, maybe you're not the dog person you thought you were. I've had nothing but a GREAT experience. My dogs LOVE it there and so do the all the regulars that go there. And if your dog loves it there isn't that what really counts? "I trust my dog's judgement of people more than my own."
