DO NOT SHOP HERE! The owner screamed at me and told me to "get the #@+&$ out of my store" (his exact words) when I asked if I could simply order a bag of food for my dog as the one they had on the shelf was EXPIRED. I told him it was not safe to retail food that was expired and that not everyone looks at the date trusting that the retailer would be careful not to shelve expired food. That's when he yelled in my face, threw the bag of food on the ground and chased me out of his store. I am shocked this place is still in business as I am clearly not the only one who has experienced this.

Wow, I certainly won't be going here after all the awful reviews! They sound like the Russian mafia. How are they still allowed to be in business? You people who've had those experiences need to sue them. And, btw, from my own experience of reading reviews of other corrupt companies, do not believe the 'great' reviews for a second. With all those consistently bad reviews, it's clear those good ones are just plants from the owners of the store, which should be enough to tell you what kind of people they are.

This man swore under his breath in Korean at me. I understood the slang and asked him why he was swearing and he denied it. I told him I understand Korean and he started screaming the f word at the top of his lungs. Dont support this abusive person.

Never go to this store !!!!! If you do not want to be hit by a store owner or do not want him to call you the most rude words, never go to this store! I went to buy goods for my pet and indicated that there was a substandard product on the shelf. For which the shopkeeper began to insult me in a rude manner and ordered me to get out of the store immediately. The seller shouted so much and waved at me that I hurried to leave the store because I was frightened for my life. Pet owners beware of this place !!! Do not give your pets to a haircut and do not leave your pets in their pet-hotel !!

Owner is extremely rude and wouldn’t do a refund as his associate had said they would. I said I’d be leaving a bad review and proceeded to take my picture and yell at me. There’s a vet/pet store across the street and they are wonderful, I highly suggest going there. Terrible service.
