If you’re looking for a great place to leave your pet while on vacation or short term, look no further. They are kind to your animal and the price is right. I frequently received updates on my kitten and photos and videos were posted on Instagram every few days. On top of that, my kitten’s behaviour improved in many ways upon returning home. I highly recommend Toronto Paws for any cat parent wishing to leave their pet in good hands while having peace of mind during the time away from your fur baby.

Mitchell is a cat whisperer. He's been cat sitting my very shy cat for a week recently. He posted update videos on instagram regularly - so I wasn't worried at all. My cat never lets strangers near her, but Mitchell found a way to make friends with her: she was glad to see him every day and let him pet her. I was so relieved and happy to see this :) You can tell when a person really cares. If I have to book a cat sitter again TorontoPaws is my first choice. Keep up the good work, and thanks a lot!

I like and appreciate the owner as he was very nice and he really tried his best to take care of my cat. But I do not recommend to board your cat here especially indoor cats because this place is kind of unsanitary. I was planning to board my cat here for a month, but I had to let my friend to take him back after a week since I was told that my cat was rubbing his bum on the floor and is having a hard time going to the bathroom. After my friend took him to the vet, the result came back saying my cat contracted a lot of diseases from other felines and is heavily infected. I do not know if other cats’ vaccinations are up to date but I made sure mine was. I thought he would be fine living in a free roaming boarding place because of how homey it felt. However, I was wrong. Once again, I don’t recommend boarding your indoor cat here. If you have an outdoor cat, it should be fine.

We left our 4 month old kitten for 2 weeks with Mitchell and Aya and they were wonderful! This was our first time leaving him at a pet boarding place and we couldn’t be happier with their services. We were able to view updates via Instagram. They were very responsive and I would highly recommend them!

This is the place to board your cat! Seriously, look no further. I have a little -very temperamental and territorial- three-legged cat. While she is okay with other cats, she is really distrustful of humans, men in particular. Prior to finding Toronto Paws, it had always been a lot of stress finding someone to take care of her as she never really took to caregivers coming over, even the regular ones. She is an absolutely dreamy cat with me, but it’s difficult to convince people that she has this lovely affectionate side to her. I was going to be away for three months. I had never been away from her for so long and was seriously desperate to find someone who could break through her barriers and give her the love she needs. Mitchell and Aya turned out to be true cat whisperers! I was initially nervous that she was going in an environment with so many other kitties, but he truly has a sixth sense to figure out what cats needs and how to best approach them…and quite frankly how to deal with my own apprehensions! During the three months I was away, whenever I contacted Mitchell, it never took more than a few minutes for him to get back to me. The Instagram updates were a wonderful addition to what was already a stellar care. I could see her progressively opening up to her new environment, very slowly but surely, until she and Mitchell actually became buddies! I truly felt she was in the best hands possible. Now a few weeks back with me, I can honestly say that her time there has definitely improved her social skills. I whole heartedly recommend Toronto Paws for your cat next time you’re out of town. p.s: my cat stayed with them while the cat from the previous review who caught roundworm was there and her results also came back negative.
