K9 to 5 is awesome. Pearl (my golden retriever) loves it there. Excited and runs to the door anytime we are en route. Staff is amazing from Jim to Gary and Tracy! Flexible and amazing. 24 hour cageless which is hard to find! No other place I would take my dog! Thanks guys!

Our first experience was not the best . Our 9 am appointment took until 3 pm to complete the cut? Wheaton Terriers traditionally have facial hair and beards , not ours ,not now, they shaved his face...not a good look😳 otherwise they did a good job on the body, ears and nails, they just took way to long, we where not looking for an all day appointment . Next 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just took my dog here to be groomed and found not one but two cuts on him. The groomer Josie only marked that his ear was matted..didn't inform the staff she made him bleed and then cut a gash under his eye and didn't note it anywhere on his card. Absolutely furious with her. The owner was nice enough and understanding to compensate. But this kind of thing should never happen I've never experienced such a bad groomer even when he's been fully matted. Don't let Josie touch your dogs.

My puppy has been going here since we got him. I was very impressed that you had to be interviewed by the owner. This allows them to know your dog before they are brought in with others. He loves it. The staff are amazing and caring. The owners are knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful!!! The training is great. I highly recommend K9to5 Newmarket.
