I absolutely love this location. The staff are extremely friendly. I often shop here and the staff have taken the time to even learn my name and always help me find what I'm looking for. Andrew is my favorite employee there. He knows his pet information well and he always offers to carry my cat litter to the car. Keep up the great work pet value!!

Perfect for me. They're located down the street from me and the staff are great. They carry good quality foods and treats that I know I can give to my dog without worrying about the ingredients. I'd recommend Stella and Chewies Raw red meat. My dog goes crazy for it

While the selection of foods are great, all the staff that I've encountered have been quite rude. Today there were two employees who didn't want to take my previous purchase back even though I had a receipt and the bag was unopened. Eventually they did, but the hassle wasn't worth it.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. Originally it was by No Frills, and staff were great! They have moved to the corner of Kalar and Lundy's Lane and service has nose dived. We went to the new location a couple of months ago, in the evening, there was a young man there who was super helpful. Last few times we have visited in the day time, and I'm guessing that the manager is the one with the med length blonde hair. She is not very pet friendly. She tends to be a bit degrading. Her new hires aren't the most friendly people either. They had kittens for adoption, I walked in with my dog and she said "don't go near the kittens, I'm not sure how they are with dogs" ...That's all fine, except why didn't you put the kittens in the cat section and not in an aisle that has dog treats either side of it?? And yes, I do understand how animals for adoption work....another dog coming in can scare little kittens....I'm not new to pets-thanks tho! Regardless, PetValu on Kalar--please just move animals to a side that is neutral zone and NOT down the aisle filled with dog treats. I have been to other Pet Valus (Fonthill, and Niagara Falls, Virgil) all are good. This woman shouldn't be in the pet business. If you need to shop....go in the evening when she's not there.
