Steve Duits we put food that's going to expire on our 50% off table and usually a month before expiration. If we miss something we gladly replace it for our customers you have never shopped in our store so please don't post things that are untrue . We treat our customers with respect and we care how they feel and we try very hard to get what they need or want . I won't write on here why your posting things that are untrue but please don't make our store look bad because the staff are not responsible for what happened .

Have you had your dog groomed by me? With 20+ years groom experience and 40+ years working in the dog industry I look after the dog first and foremost and owner. I will not comb out a matted dog due to process hurting the dog even if the owner requests the dog brushed out. We live in high tick area and some owners choose to have their dogs shaved so they are better able to find ticks on their dog. I do not “ shave” every dog that comes in the door. I also believe there is a lot of knowledge in this store. I also work for a vet and I also show and train my own dogs and have for the past 30 + years. Just because past employees have issues with the owner doesn’t mean the present employees do not care about their customers and their animals.

Worst pet store I've ever been in..... over priced and most of their stock is grossly out of date...... I would be scared to feed anything they sell to my fur babies

I have been in the store several times while a dog has come out after being groomed and they are not all shaven. It is the owners choice how they want their dog groomed. Great customer service and lots of selection of natural treats for your pets that are extremely healthy for them opposed to the store bought and ruffins brands. There's also an awesome selection of dog toys that are durable and last!

I have been working at Paws & Claws for a year now . I am very friendly and helpful to customers at all times. Im sorry if some of you feel differently about us . we have a wide selection of pet supplies though we cant have everything. Again im sorry if you came in to our store and we didnt have the item you needed or wanted . We try to get what you want if you request it. We are good with every animal that comes into our store as well . We treat them as if they were our own . If you had a bad experience with a groomer perhaps talk to the groomer sometimes things come out the wrong way , communication is what solves any issues you might have .
