Excellent cat care, great price, only downside is that I live in the other side of the city... But they're so good I drive out here anyways! My cat loved it here so much that after a week she didn't want to come home with me!

As far as their retail is concerned, you generally can't beat the price on many of their products. Well stocked, plenty of selection - though I can only really speak for the stock for cats/dogs. We recently had our puppy in Training School with Terry. She is an absolute joy to work with and is very encouraging and more than willing to help with any issues/concerns. Our puppy has always come out of the grooming salon looking fantastic and happy. I means a great deal that she is leaving on a positive note as such a young age. The groomers even fill out 'report cards' detailing the services performed, overall health of dog/coat, the dog's behaviour and suggestions to correct issues while grooming. Most importantly, everyone here seems to adore animals; which I suppose is a point loved most by our pup; who always gets coddled by half the store each visit!

We took our pup in for his first grooming a couple of days ago. He is timid and doesn't like strangers. My wife and I hid behind some store products so our dog wouldn't see us, and we watched through the huge glass windows of the grooming salon as the grooming began He was shivering and whining as Veronica cuddled him , gently patting him and speaking softly to him. As time went on, he began giving Veronica kisses, tail wagging in spite of himself. The other girls, Mariieve , and Danielle also gave him lots of hugs and kisses. Our dog seemed to have forgotten to be afraid, as he enjoyed all the attention and pampering he was getting. In the end, he looked great with his brand new summer look, and was not in a hurry to leave. I have to commend the staff for their professionalism, expertise, and in particular for the obvious love they have for their work and the animals they groom. A huge heart felt thanks especially to Veronica, our pup's first groomer. You are awesome and Dawson the dog loves you!

My dog had separation anxiety when I first got him so he spent many days at Doggie Day Care until we could slowly get him to stay alone. He still returns every few weeks for a doggie day camp day and happily wags his tail and gives kisses to the handlers who know him by name and are so excited to see him even when he has been away for long periods. Great staff at the doggie day care!
