Every time we go they do an excellent job. We have a 60lb mutt who is very shaggy. We only get a trim and they brush her all out, tidy her face and her feet up. My only complaint is it takes more then half the day. Why book an appt if you're not going to do the dog at that time?

Thank you so much for taking our Havanese within such a short notice. We loved seeing our dog -Jerez- looking so fluffy and cleaned after so many days on the road and because we did not have grooming tools with us having to leave home in a rush. Thank you again!

we went there to get my medium sized mutt to get a little shave for the summer. HORRIBLE! They only do small dogs! and all the other dog places in the valley have horrible reviews/! omg I don't know what to do! anyone know any good places?

Had an appointment went to the location and it was abandon. We have been going to Bow Wow for quite some time and always had good service. No phone call, no sign on the window nothing just an empty store front. Not very professional. Even if they did reopen I would not recommend. Obviously they do not care about the customers so why would I take my pet there.

My parents took their shih tzu to be groomed, we know he was really knotted, but said to leave a bit as he needs to go outside, but they took it down to just about his skin, even his feet a bare, not fur covering anything and with this weather they should have been left. Do not recommend.
