If I could leave a 0 , I would. Highly unprofessional! Paid no attention to clients wishes and expectations for pets grooming .. Completely shaved my poor little shihtzu from the tip of her nose to the tip of her tail and left her traumatized. ! ! !

Shelly sheared my matted cat last year and did an great job. Not everyone is willing to take on long haired outdoor cats. Shelley is a experienced professional and does her work well.
