Had Chris the tech. out today for a service appointment. Continued professionalism, and comfort having him on our property. Been a customer for 19 years now, and have recommended Invisible Fence of Syracuse for years!

Great service! My wife and I needed to have our fence moved because we're adding a deck to our house. The technician (Grant) showed up and quickly located the section of wire that needed to be moved. He mapped out where new piece would go and even made the change so we wouldn't have to schedule another visit! It took him less than an hour to get everything done. He even had some tips how to train our dog to know where the fence had moved.

I have two rotties and it works for one and the other goes thru like it’s not even on? So I had to build a fence around perimeter to keep them safe. As far as a money back guarantee? I asked but got nothing of my 2400.00. Investment.

With the cost of Invisible Fence, you would expect them to have an office front, not an old bedroom sized office. They make you pay for everything after they claim things are included. I recommend buying this if you have a dog. It give them the freedom they deserve. Once you overlook the location, it’s a fantastic thing to have as a dog owner.
