We adopted Emmett 6 weeks ago, we just love him!! What a character and we are so happy to have him as part of our family, not shy anymore LOL! The adoption process was efficient and the staff amazing!! The pets are well looked after and they make sure your home is the best fit for the right pet. Thank you so much!! :)

Extremely caring, friendly and very clean facilities. The staff know the personality of each pet and are, in a kind way not afraid to share any concern about any animal they feel would not be a good match and why. Having bred Collies and Shelties for many years and learned most of my breeding practices from a Setter Kennel, in BC as Irish Setters were the breed I adored as a teen. It was amazing being on the other end of what I did for years and helpful for us. We were given plenty of time with the cats they had at the time. They remain interested after you adopt an animal; answer questions, offer advice and love to know how your new family member is working out. The cherry on the sundae was discovering this shelter is a no-kill Shelter, the only one of many I have been to. I would have no problem recommending this Shelter to anyone who would be a good home to an animal of their choice. Mr. Chips (alias Thatcher) is a valuable member of our family...a playful clown and an affectionate buddy and last, but not least, a remarkable mouser❣️

We adopted our dog from here almost 3 years ago. The fee was very reasonable and the process very simple. If more shelters operated like this one there would be far more animals adopted to good homes.
