DO NOT take your cat here. Upon picking her up, my cat was violently shaking, MUCH skinnier than when we brought her in, and did not stop crying all the way home. I can't even describe in words how obviously traumatized she was. Lord knows what they did to her. She clearly was cooped up in a cage constantly for weeks without being let out to stretch. And when we tried to discuss the price point Angela was incredibly unprofessional and essentially screamed at us. I've never been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to be a professional, and neither has my cat. Don't go here.

My fiancé took my Pomerian American Eskimo to Country Kennels and my poor pup received the worst hair cut he has ever had. The groomer did not listen to what my fiancé asked her to do. His beautiful mane is butchered and will never grow back. Groomers need to be educated on dog breeds and how cutting their hair affects its growth. Now that my dogs hair has been cut extremely short it will NEVER grow back the same. His hair is now growing back very coarse compared to before.
