What a great experience I had bringing in my cat to be groomed. I booked an appointment to have my long haired cat trimmed. Loved that they brought myself and my cat in even before our scheduled time. Cathy did an amazing job. This woman loves her work ! She directed me exactly what to do, as my cat was a rescue and didn’t like being there. But Cathy made the cat feel comfortable and even clipped her nails. I had shopped around for prices and also found them to be as good or better than most. Wish I could post a pic to show how great my cat looks. Will definitely be going back and would recommend her highly. Warren

I have been bringing my precious bundles of joys( who are like my children) to K9's and Kitty's ( Jackie and Cathy) for over 6 years or longer and I have highly recommend them to quite a few people. The girls are very professional in my option, they have always treated my dogs like there own, Cathy and Jackie have treated myself and others with the upmost respect when I pick up my dogs. They have cut my dogs how I want them cut, they have been there in a pinch also if my dogs need to be done for a special occasion, and I have to say, my babies come out looking beautiful. I would never take my babies to anyone else, my trust lies in the hands of these girls. Thank you Cathy and Jackie for being so wonderful. Pat.

I bring my dog nova a standard to her and she always does a great job for a fair price.

My dog has always struggled with anxiety when we drop her off for various appointments. She never really liked any other groomers, but doesn't seem to mind k-9's. They are really accommodating and allow her to only do half a day since she gets so stressed out! We really appreciate this a lot. Now that she is a senior, she has a lot of arthritis throughout her whole body. I just made an appointment and told them about her new-found aches and pains. They offered for me to stay with her throughout the entire appointment so that both the dog and I will be comfortable and reassured. This makes us very happy customers, and shows that they truly care about the well-being of my pup. We highly recommend k-9s and kitty's!

My little Molly looks amazing. I have been to other places in St Catharines ranging from worst to ok. I have finally found the prefect place for Molly. Other places I have tried I left feeling unhappy. K-9's and Kitty's I always leave happy. The quality of her work really shows. From nails to ears you can tell she really pays attention to detail. I would also like to add she is license. The place is always clean. Friendly and kind. After 28 years I believe she knows her stuff. Thank you
