I went to drop a domesticated rabbit that I had found in the front yard. From the way I was treated it was obvious that they thought I had come to dump my own pet. Both the person at reception and a lady who came from the back were extremely rude and displayed so much attitude from the get go. I don't feel like they cared about the animals either, which would have made up at least the way they treated me. I was having serious doubts about leaving the bunny, since they acted as if any work was too much work. I mean considering these people are not exactly doing this out of the goodness of their heart (government facility), I don't see how or why they would think that it's okay to be so prejudiced and condescending. I strongly suggest that donations and volunteering should go to actually places that deserve it and would even think twice about adopting from them.

friendly service. Exceptional care for the animals. Great place to adopt a new family member.

Adopted a cat from here. Staff really care for animals and are friendly. They make sure the animal is a good fit with a family and made sure to educate us on any health concerns. Adopt don't shop! Dropped off a stray here as well. Quick and efficient process. However, I once saw a family come in to look at the kittens. And the child was manhandling it and almost choking the poor thing. The staff should really supervise people with little kids.

Good place for deserted animals. Friendly and helpful staffs. The pets there are really taken care of.
