Generally our dog has an amazing time at Rovers. We take home for playtime at least once or twice a week. Friday we took him for an overnight so we could enjoy an evening out without worry. When we picked him up, my husband was informed that our dog had been suffering from diarrhea all afternoon and evening/overnight. He was lifeless when we picked him up, and was told that this was not the first time this had happened. If our dog was that sick or the diarrhea was that severe why didn’t we get a phone call to come and pick him up. Why was our dog left to suffer for more than 24 hours. Like I said generally we are happy with Rovers, but after this last visit it will be quite some time before we take him back. We took him to the vet and he has been put on 2 different medications and special food for his stomach which could have been avoided if we had been given a phone call.

Marshall loves Rover’s Ranch! He’s always super excited to go play with his friends. And I’m always happy with how clean and safe Rover’s is. I love how there’s space to run and play and supervision all the time. Although I miss Marshall when he’s there, I never worry about him. I know he’ll have a great day.

I completely trust Neil and Jess with my li'l cavalier, Jake. He loves it there. Who could want more!!! Plus, no kennels...a very unique and independent arrangement for dogs

Excellent facilities inside and out. Caring attentive staff. We take our dog there at least once a week. He has lots of friends there.

When I was looking for a daycare in town for my dog, I went to get more information at Rovers. I was approached and spoken to very rudely by the owner, that I have since learned is Jess. I was then made to wait outside by my car until she had a moment to speak with me. After telling her how we go to another facility and we have no problems she told me she could not accommodate my dog because was too big and the largest breed they take is a Golden Retriever. I went on my way because that was policy, however, since going to the dog park I have learned that they do take larger breeds but they are breed specific!

Can't say enough great things about this place! Maggie, our 8 month old Golden Mountain Dog, absolutely loves it. She is always tuckered out after a long day of play here, and practically jumps out of the car as soon as we turn into the parking lot. The yard is a huge selling point, and the inside is decorated cute and is super clean. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
