Look very, very closely at everything before you sign anything. When you discover the reality of how things are here, it’ll be too late and they won’t let you out of your lease. Moldy, smelly, thin walls (no firewalls) thin ceilings, poor plumbing, etc. Ask the people who live here about what their experience has been.

On my moving day into an apartment I hadn't seen and being clear about what I needed that I was inappropriately shafted into signing a lease. The tenant previously moved out of that weekend so it was not cleaned nor maintained and on moving day I had to make contact with our maintenance man Rick in regards to severely clogged s drains I needed cleaned as my movers were there and would need to wash up as it was hot out and they came from North Bay. From that moment of meeting Rick he clearly noticed the distress I was under and from that very moment he has been there to support and encouragement into receiving an apartment that was more appropriate to what I needed as well he even helped me move into. Rick has been more than helpful in getting the work needed to be done, completed as I have witnessed for myself and with others in and around our buildings. I've noticed that Rick truly cares and is passionate in seeing others well being taken care of. Each time I see Rick he is always checking in on how things are going as well offers me encouragement as my life and career councillor to keep me positive and on track. I honestly think that without Rick's support to encourage me to stand strong for what is right I probably would still be in the other apartment not meant for me till my lease came up the next year. Thank you Rick, koodos to you!

We moved to 59 Campbell court 3 years ago; we feel very comfortable here & are very happy with our experience so far. Over the years we have had the normal ups & downs experienced in any situation. On the whole the staff has been very friendly & helpful. The grounds are very well maintained. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of green space.

I recently moved to Stratford. I have been living at 59 Campbell Ct. since the end of April. It is a clean and well kept building. I am currently living in a 2-bedroom apartment, very spacious. I am subletting from a few young guys who were living here and a few repairs were needed - a door screen torn, a bedroom screen missing, closet door did not close properly. These were all done within a few days and I was very pleased. Very pleasant maintenance. A very good system in place to let the manager know what needs attention in the apartment. New carpeting throughout, new fridge and stove and they just replaced the toilet last week. Laundry facilities new and clean. I feel safe here. Pets are allowed in the building and there are signs all over to make sure people clean up after their pets and from what I can see, they do. The lease is up the end of September - but I may stay longer. The lady across the hall from me has been here for over 20 years and the fellow across the hall for the past 8 years. I think I got lucky.

My boyfriend and I moved in to the apartment building in December of 2013. So far we have had nothing but good things to say about the building and service! About 2 months ago, we noticed our fridge had stopped working and this was at about 530 pm on a Thursday night. I called Jeff our maintenance guy that night, and by the next morning at 830 am he was here with a brand new fridge. He had the old one out and the new one in within 20 mins! Excellent next day service, we were very please. Out of the 10 months we have lived here that was our only issue and it was resolved right away! I definitely recommend the Campbell Court apartment buildings, if you are looking for a quite friendly building with service you know you can rely on!
