I loathe this company

A few years ago I was a tenant in one of their Stratford buildings, and when my initial lease was up they offered me money to leave so that they could get someone new in my place and raise the rent. Needless to say I didn't feel at all like they wanted me there or that I was part of a "community." Don't be fooled, this company is a corporation and they act like it. The whole "community" schtick is just an empty sell. All they care about is money. They are not in the business of providing housing for human persons. They farm space. The space is what is important. They need warm, paying bodies to whom they can sell their space, and by encouraging annual crop(tenant) rotation, they maximize yearly profits on their spatial yield so as to keep the soil(space) fecund and and themselves rich. I absolutely despised dealing with these greedy corporate flakes.

Good customer care/rental agent team, very clean building (although apartment unit itself needed a clean by us upon move in), good renovations, spacious three bedroom unit, new appliances and friendly staff (as well as friendly tenants). Everyone is more than willing to help out around this building, and everyone has been accommodating as well. (We have a baby, and needed access to the accessible lift which was no problem). Very secure and safe building as well. We have had a good experience with this building and the management so far!

I love my one bedroom apartment at Kappele! When I moved in I was told by Lorrie that I could have my own garden since I was on the ground floor and since then I have enjoyed every moment of having it! Also our Supers are fantastic! You can really tell that Rick and Simonne actually care about their job and the people they help. I never have to worry about repairs because if there ever is any to do I know they're going to be done right the first time. Also when I moved in the place was so clean you could have eaten off the floor. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience :)

I recentley moved in, thus far one of my best experiences renting to date. The staff were quite helpful and honest showing us the apartment. A Quiet and clean building not to mention pet friendly! Which is what the Mrs, and i were looking for. I would recommend this building in a heartbeat. All settled in and loving it!

We are so happy with our move to Park Place Suites a year and a half ago. The staff, old and new, have made us feel welcome in the time we've been here. Jaimie makes everyone feel welcome. Rick and Simone work beyond anyone's expectations (I hope) to keep the building looking great!! We love our view, the lack of noise and that we feel like part of the Park Place family. Thank you Jaimie, Rick and Simone for all you do :)
