Crystal Rumbolt is a great, experienced groomer! Not only is she very sweet with the dogs she grooms, she can groom all types of breeds. We have a small Welsh Terrier and he has a unique cut – after a visit to The Clip Joint he looks perfect every time!

We started seeing Crystal for medicated baths to deal with some skin issues my Sheltie Gracie was experiencing. It was a huge relief to me that Gracie's vets were right upstairs and we could coordinate things to allow her to receive her other treatments (and see the vet) while visiting the Clip Joint. I have never met a groomer who is as loving towards the animals in her care as Crystal. There is no doubt to me that when your dog is in her care, Crystal treats her like she's her very own family pet. For the guardian of a senior doggy, it's heartwarming and so reassuring to witness this. It's completely worth the drive from Kingston to Sydenham for grooming. Gracie is always happy and looks so beautiful after she's visited Crystal. Thanks so much for the wonderful work you do Crystal!!

Crystal is awesome with dogs - at least with our crotchety old dog, she's gentle, efficient, and he actually loves her. You won't be disappointed.
