If I could give no star or half a star instead I would! **LONG REVIEW, BUT NEEDED TO BE DONE** Really not impressed at all today. Today I dropped off my dog at 9.30a. Fully expecting him to be done within 2-3hrs like the last time. By 1.30p I was starting to worry because I'd heard nothing from them yet, I called about 2p to find out and I was told, "oh he'll probably be ready by 3.30p". Um excuse me!? 6 FREAKING HOURS for a small dog groom, and you can't call and let a client know you are running EXTREMELY behind with groomings!?!? I drive over there at 3p and sit and wait in my car for a call, didn't get one, ended up going into get my dog at 3.20p and he's just sitting in a crate waiting for me - so how long was he actually ready for!?!? Didn't even get a call either!! I took my dog, paid and walked out. I could also tell he hadn't been given any water by the way he was licking at my hand when we got in the car. Got home and he literally was pulling at the leash, he couldn't get inside fast enough. He ran over to the bowl and my poor baby couldn't drink fast enough!! Which then made him sick and puke up water!!!! So SO mad! Won't take him there again. I'll rather drive 45 min away to my previous groomer who my dog loves and she ALWAYS without fail has him done in 2-3hrs, NEVER longer.
