Not exactly my favorite place to shop, especially being younger. A lot of employees, especially the ones that are at the front of the store, look at you like you're a thief. Their grocery section, although a decent size, is very limited. Their produce is usually on its last legs every time I go in. Meats don't look that great either. And their items "on sale" are not always actually on sale. And lots of their prices have gone up significantly without warning. Lots of times too, items get put in the wrong spot on the shelf, and causes a hassle with constantly going back and forth from the checkout because an item is too expensive. Unfortunately, there isn't many options in Tillsonburg.

Awful store. If your looking to be disappointed and not find what your looking for it’s the place to go. Self check out is sucks. Stop asking if I want a card. And calling in is pointless because they send my call off to India somewhere where they have no idea what I’m even asking for. Super frustrating 👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give a zero I would. Last night my 4-year daughter was verbally accosted by the associate working in the women’s wear area. It was approximately 9:45pm and they kept announcing they were closing. I was simply looking at some pants (which I did purchase) my daughter standing beside me as she looked herself in the mirror. She reached out touch the mirror with her index finger next thing you know the associate just went crazy yelling at her. I told her not to correct or talk to my daughter that way and she then went off at me. I asked her for her manager and she just walked away and said complain all you want. Asked for the manager and out comes a lady by the name Amanda, I told her what had happened she said well I cannot help you I have to close the store as I want to get home and so does the staff. I was shocked, I told her NO I want this dealt with. She refused and said feel free to call the police. I was like this person is insane. I asked where their workplace harassment and violence policy was posted she had no idea. I said the MOL requires it to be posted and she told me to call them MOL then. I have never been so upset. My daughter was terrified and still visibly upset after being attacked. I asked for a manager to call me back in the am. Amanda kept asking me to spell my name as she had to get it right for them to call back. I was just shaking my head. 11:35 am no call from the Manager and I have reported them to the Head Office, Better Business Bureau and will make a complaint to police if required. The associate that did this needs to be removed immediately before she does it again It is by far the worst Walmart, they sell rotten produce, have no selection of clothes or other items. During sales they will hold items for friends and others and not put them items on the shelve and by 11am they state they are sold out of sale items. Amanda is not a manager, has no customer service skills and is always hostile. Crazy we need a real store with real employees. Promote one of the cashiers that actually do their jobs and are pleasant and helpful.

Great parking and staff were very quick to respond to my questions and helped with wrongly priced items. Over all i really enjoyed my shopping trip.

Horrible service. Unable to get pricing or support from associates on products. Spoke with manager he appeared nonchalant and quite frankly offered no solution or support
