After I went around a couple of aquarium shops in the city especially around downtown, the price of their fish is reasonable or lower. Their fish is healthy and good quality but small variety. Even tho, you can find some standard fish which is neon tetra, molly, goldfish, betta, etc. If you are betta fish lover, you will be surprised at price of dumbo!

They're still open! They're located in the basement (go downstairs). They were my go-to aquarium shop when I was just a small fry of 5 years old with my dad on a monthly basis. I must have bought over 35+ fish throughout the years - all were very healthy (even had a couple of mating pairs). They don't sell aquarium sets anymore, but they still have a good selection of healthy freshwater fish. The lady provides really good advice such as letting you know to consider fish temperament in a community tank. Out of the pet stores I've visited in Toronto the past couple of weeks, Wong's Aquarium is the most affordable Bonus: their fish are healthy. They take really good care of their fish, so well..that they have a couple of fish that are at least 10+ years old.

Still exists! Google maps is showing an empty lot which is 592 Gerrard Street East! The Aquarium Shop is downstairs in the basement. Business hours are shorter now because the owners are all in their 70's.
