This is the best groomer around. I take my Sammy here and he loves the staff and is always excited to go. They do a beautiful job with him every time and never try to shave him. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Brought my Airedale terrier in for a complete trim and they did a fantastic job. In fact, possibly the best cut he has received in seven (7) years. Will go back again and again. In addition, the price was fair for the services provided (cheaper than downtown).

We love crystal pet care as do our dogs. They are extremely caring and gentle. I recommend them anytime I can

Took my 2 dogs there. The groomer ended up cutting and burning a patch of skin on one of my dogs. After speaking with an employee, was promised a follow up call with a manager. The call never happened. Received a marketing call a few months later, trying to sell us new services and book another grooming appointment. After explaining what happened the previous visit, was again promised a follow up phone call from a manager, which again never materialized. Don't bring your pet here unless you want them injured.

Amazing service. My large goldendoodle, Jasper, took quite a while to groom, but they kept him well past close to make sure he got a perfect cut. You can tell that everyone at Crystal takes their time to make sure the animals (and their people) are comfortable. Thanks so much.
