Great store with a great selection. Just started our dogs on raw foods after watching the documentary Pet Fooled. Good prices and Tom is very knowledgeable. He has 2 new long term customer's Frank & Beans!

Definitely a family feel to this pet store. Such a kind owner. You will be greeted by Bob the cat if he isn't napping somewhere. I will only shop here for my pet needs. He has a great selection of raw foods and will bring in a brand just for you.

You will probably be welcomed by one of the cats first as Tom is most likely receiving product or cleaning. Tom has a wide variety of specialized products and is always interested in hearing about more. He genuinely cares about animals and has a massive photo collection of some of his clients' pets on the wall behind the check out. If it's not in stock Tom will go above and beyond to try and get it in for you. His prices are just right. As a sole proprietor of a small business he needs to make a living, and while you may find a nominal increase in some products others are lower - for instance, dog food prices cheaper than other chain stores that offer the 13th bag for free (after buying 12) and you will most certainly discover his generous selection of frozen/raw dog foods priced reasonably.
