This store is pretty decent. Has a good variety and is well kept. It is a little more expensive than some other stores but that's typical for the area so it's expected. Most of the staff and the owner are great. However, there is one staff member that is not. (Her name is Heather as per the receipt -has shaved head). I work in the area and go in often during the week during the daytime. I'm in there at least once a week. She is there most days. I usually avoid dealing with her. She is pretty condescending and is not as knowledgeable as she think she is. I'm pretty sure she is the individual the other poor reviews are referring to. I have noticed that she does seem to suck up to you if you're a big spender (and given the area, I'm sure some of the locals spend quite a bit). The other staff that are there during the daytime are very friendly - the younger man and the older gentleman. To the owner of the store: if you tell me which day of the week she does not work, I will gladly shop there but otherwise, I refuse to deal with rude service.

There is nothing wrong with this store except that prices tend to be high. I like the products. There's no free parking close to store.

Always a great place to shop and buy dog food with the exception of today! I was in your location to make an exchange on some booties that did not fit my dog properly and was treated very poorly by the cashier. First she made me give up my spot in the cue to the next customer with no explanation, then once she decided to help me she did, but while making obvious huffing and breathing noises which made it seem like she was extremely frustrated with me. She then proceeded to apologize to those in the cue, "sorry for this". Maybe I offended her while asking the price of the dog food I was purchasing, I am not entirely sure. I wanted to argue the fact that she was clearly being prejudice toward me for some reason, but I chose not to bring myself to her level of ignorance. Please, if it is or isn't your policy to allow your customers the flexibility of refunds or exchanges at your location, it would be nice if everyone you employ could also be on the same page. I would hate for something like this to happen to anyone else in the future.
