Very good groomer and very attentive

Aug 8, 2014
If I could give a negative star rating I would. After just dropping my dog off at Chez Renee, my husband returned home to a phone call from Renee saying that our dog wouldn't "jump up on the table" and because she had thrown out her back yesterday, wondered if he could come help hold him while she worked. A total of four hours from the initial drop off to my husband finally leaving after holding our dog for three hours and he was given absolutely no discount. She stated that we may decide to never come back again, as if it was something she could care less about. My husband said she also complained of arthritis. I'm not sure why someone who had thrown their back out the day before, has arthritis, and is clearly unable to do the job is willing to keep appointments she cannot commit to. Spend your money elsewhere, this place is waste of space.
