They always do a wonderful job with my Berners. I drive out of my way because of the care they take with my dogs.

The ladies here are fast and efficient! I have only come in for a nail trim, but they take my pug in immediately, trim and file her nails (without me even having to ask they used the dremmel to file them down!) and they are good with her and the other dogs I see there. Kudos ladies.

I am so upset. I thought I had found a good groomer. The first visit was great - my chihuahua looked good, great nails, relaxed and happy. I picked her up after her second visit and she seemed very anxious. She ws shaking and very eager to get out of there. I got her home, took off her harness and her Seresto flea collar fell off. It was chewed through. As she started to walk I noticed she was limping. When I bent over to pick her up, she cringed, as if afraid I was going to hit her. She had NEVER done that before. I call PP two days later asking what had happened, if she had gotten into it with some of the big dogs there that day. Nope, everything was fine. A week later she still can't jump onto my bed. What happened to my dog?!?
