I've been bringing my dog there all the time. Always satisfied with how they take care of him. It's a good place to bring your pet , I recommend it. You can also make online appointments ..witch is a lot faster.

Sadly I have to share this review. I have been bringing my dog here for years and have been happy, even wrote a good review in the past. Brought him in for a grooming/toilettage. Normally I don't get a call back for at least an hour, I got called back after 45 minutes that it was finished so I came to get him. My dog was anxious to leave so I only noticed the problems when we got home. As an old dog he has many skin tags on his body, and even though we always remind them to be careful and they always had, this time they had cut him in several places. I noticed blood on his fur which got on my hand. It looked like they rushed the job. But I wish it was only that. He no longer had his balance, his head was tilted to his right and he could not walk by himself. $345 vet bill to tell me that even though they were not blaming, MAYBE he got an irritation from the cleaning solution or the epilation inside the ear. I called to find out what happened, I was told by his groomer that everything had been fine and that maybe he was too sensitive to their product, but like I said he's been there for years. I asked if they changed their product maybe, and she said no but maybe my dog DEVELOPED his sensitivity after time. ?? Makes no sense. My biggest issue is that I was looking for information, for details of what happened during his grooming, something that could help me help my dog. Mistakes can happen but you need to apologize and help the client by telling them everything they need to know. Your first priority should be your client, not trying to find excuses. My dog now has diarrhea in addition to the vertigo, I have to hold him to eat and to walk, I have to lock him up at night because of the diarrhea until it stops. It's been 4 days since the appointment and I haven't slept in that long. I have to be away for 2 weeks and I have to leave this poor dog with my poor sister in this condition. It's been so stressful. Since it looks like we are never going to find out what actually happened, what choice do I have but to stop coming here and to leave this review so that others don't have the same experience? The only thing I pray for now is that at some point my dog will recover from this, because his head still tilts which means he loses balance and needs care around the clock. He has never had anything like this ever. P.S. I hope the owner will do the right thing by not trying to cheapen my review by saying that they have no customers in my name like they seem to do for any bad review. I could not make this up and would not be the professional way to handle honest feedback people take time to write.

A great place to bring your pet! There are windows so that customers can see how their pet is being treated. Employees are quick and very gentle and sensitive!

Fast service. I got my cats' claws cut and got the soft paws put on. In and out within 15 minutes.

We always went for our dogs as they are very polite and nice to us. The work is very good as well. However, their price went up and we are very hesitant to come now...
