The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is not the nearest shop to my home, but I visit it now and again for the great, friendly service.

First time I got my cat groomed they did a good job. However this time I specifically asked for them to keep the fur on his chest and they shaved his chest. Also looks like they did it as quick as possible and didn't take their time to make sure he would look nice.

This is one pet store where it is always a pleasure to shop. The owner and the cashier are helpful, friendly and polite people. The choice of cat food is incredible and the prices are right. They are open every day and the store is conveniently situated near the bus #108 stop.

WORST PLACE !!!!! first the attitude they gave me when i came with my dog was so bad, she even told me i neglected my dog because he had knots, well miss (what ever her name was) first your a groomer, what do you think i bring my dog in for, to take a picture ??? second she threatens me that she will call SPCA after i didn't want to groom my dog at her place, saying I'm a bad owner. My dog had barley knots on him and as you can understand we are winter and snow is everywhere therefore my dog gets wet and dirty (doesn't take a genius to know that, even though that was her case) And for the owner of the store to stand there in the corner looking at the situation and letting the employee talk to me like this without said a word.... I'm sorry but that's even worst, they actually let employees like that talk to clients... very disgusting, last time step a foot in there. To be honest i feel bad cause i use to love this place, i had a groomer i loved that was so nice to me but she left and made her own groomer ... i can understand now why ...
