The animals are horrifically treated. Tiny filthy cages with far too many animals inside. The budgies are sick and terrified with no toys or form of enrichment. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Don't support these animal abusers!

Very cramped. Had no idea there were actual animals for sale in there until you reach the back.

Good for pet products, but their staff isn't great at handling pets for grooming.

Didn't liked my experience there at all!. I thought that going to a small chain like Chico would've been better then the big ones but it's not the case here. They seems like they care more about the money in your pocket then the actual concept of a pet store. You can get a better service in the fish section of a Walmart... I asked for a legitimate refund 20 minutes after the transaction and what I got in exchange were screams of how bad customer I am. Just go elsewhere.

Someone I know wanted to return a flea product, because it didn't turn out to be what they were told. They didn't have a receipt; however, they did have the tags from when they purchased it, proving they bought it at the store. One particular clerk (Marc-André) had no problem with the return, as it was purchased only three days ago, however then the angry owner/manager (not sure which) showed his face. He proceeded to judge this person with an obvious lack of tact, even at one point telling her what she had to "put her pants on" and force her cats to use flea shampoo. Needless to say, he was resistant to the idea of refunding her product, citing that the receipt was essential - and he judged her approach towards her own cats. Though he eventually gave in (after much resistance), and accepted to give a credit, his behavior severely tainted the reputation of the establishment. However, it is important to mention that the clerk named Marc-André was polite, tactful, and a pleasure to interact with.
