Great variety of products/food/accessories. Thats what the only star stands for. I would never buy animals from that pet store again. I purchased two mice which are supposed to be females, but they couldn’t guarantee the sex, so i guess ill have to wait and see if i end up having a bunch of baby mice. Employees don’t seem to care about the well being of the animals and try to sell you things you don’t need. I’ve been keeping many different animals, from rodents, to reptiles for a long time and know what i’m doing, and i was astonished to realize that most of the advices they bothered giving to people where wrong. Oh and just to make things worse, staff is not only careless and ignorant, but also very rude. If you’re going to purchase anything from there, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH FIRST!

I called to know if they had any Yorkshire puppies and the girl said in a very rude manner that I had to go there in person to find out and then she hung up on me. I never went there in person and bought my Yorkshire elsewhere!

Used to get my pet food from there. I wanted to purchase a lizard at some point and asked to speak to someone. Do you know that I had to make this request on 3 separate occasions? They just left me there and NEVER came to see me. Meanwhile, they are cameras at the cash, so they know someone is in that area. Finally, as I go to the cash, 5 of them are just standing there, a couple of their phones, and the skinny guy with the glasses is like: "I'm on my break" when the girl at the cash asked him to assist the client. They just didn't want to help me. I hate going there and will only go if I have NO OTHER choice. And that poor toucan. I mean, is that a life?

Kind of my fault, I should've done some research before ever setting foot in that store. The cage they sold me was overpriced and so were the rats I bought. Never again.

This pet store is a joke. I purchased a mouse, which was in a tank labeled as females. I asked the store employee if they were all females and she emphatically answers yes. There was a sign on some of the birds saying the sex is not guaranteed, but the rodents are labeled with the sex and there is no other sign. I got home and realized the mouse was male... I obviously had to get it exchanged because I already have a female mouse and they'll breed. When I went to the store, the manager acted like she was doing me a favour by doing the exchange. I repeat, nowhere was it indicated that the sex is not guaranteed for rodents. Furthermore, it's just a completely irresponsible breeding practice. Mice can get pregnant as early as 5 weeks old but it doesn't mean that they should... Humans can get pregnant at 15 and I think we all agree that most of them shouldn't. I ended up getting the exchange done, since the manager had no grounds to refuse when they made the mistake, but since all the does were housed with a buck, they're likely all pregnant, so I'm probably going to have to find them a new home, but I know for sure the newborns will get better care with anyone but this store. It's completely ridiculous and cruel to subject these rodents to early pregnancies that could end their lives.
