Worst service. Ever. My dog gets his nails done every month at another place and he has no issues having them done. Was passing by here today so I stopped in and had his nails done. She took my dog into the back room and, within minutes, I heard him screaming. I went in the back expecting to see him in a harness like at the other place and he wasn't. This lady was physically holding him down without any restraints trying to clip his nails. I told her to stop and she handed him off to another lady who put a leash around his neck that was so tight I could hear him wheezing. Then she had the nerve to tell me it was my dog causing problems and not their lack of experience. They showed zero concern for my dog's comfort or safety. I will never, ever go near this place again.

I always come here with my two dogs for the last three years since I moved in the area. A senior husky mix and a corgi. My husky mix has sensitive skin and they are very attentive to his needs and always take great care with his arthritis as well. They do excellent work and always remember them when we come in. We get coupons for the month of the animals Birthday as well! The animals get bandanas as well. I always get amazing compliments on our way home from the groomers. Such a nice and friendly environment and great prices!

Had an amazing experience - Not only are they reasonably priced but they took great care, were gentle and even left us with a kitty bandana and treats! Will definitely be back!

Hands down the best place for my dog to get trimmed. Always happy with their service and results.

Great service, responsive and courteous staff. Best of all, they are great with dogs. They manage to keep my pup calm and assured the whole time they've got him.
