This is by far an experience you will never forget. It’s like going into a zoo but you have the choice of buying the animals. It is so beautifully decorated as well. They provide fantastic service, and guarantees with their purchase of animals as well. I walked in with my daughters just to have something to do on our visit to Montreal, and left with a new family member. I have nothing but great things to say about this pet shop. Plus on top of it you can actually go on an adventure on top of it by climbing nets and planks as an obstacle course. So cool! Go! Even if you don’t want any animals. Just Go!

Unknowledgable staff. Bought a dog at the dix 30 location and turns out to be a different breed than they advertise. They take no responsibility for their errors.. Lines to pay at cash are often long while employees stand talking to each other, totally oblivious of clients getting impatient. One employee name ; Bruce was good and friendly.. As for the rest.., quite uncaring.. One rude employee in particular, a woman by the name of ; Alex. I've given many chances to get their act together but that's it.., I'm done with them.

I went there with kids I was babysitting because they love animals. They enjoyed it and got to see many animals. They were telling me how much they would have loved to pet them! There's an activity but it's only for kids over 5 years. So we didn't do it since one of the kids was 4. The kids had fun and gave them a boost to get an animal!

Large pet store with a a great atmosphere. It fun to pop in just to see the animal display as well as the different rooms. Lots of solid products that you might not be able to find at your local pet store. The only downfall is the location which is in a suburban wasteland, designed solely to be navigated by cars. If you’re on foot, don’t even come here. It’s nightmarish and sinfully ugly in this neighbourhood.

Very overpriced pet store! Also the people working there know close to nothing about the products OR pets that they are selling’m! Giving incorrect info about how to care for certain animals , actually putting those animals in danger! The line ups are always long, they never have more than 1 cashier available… The cashiers I’ve had are very kind but altogether I do not recommend this store…
