Ici, on parle Francais!

Although I am PERFECTLY bilingual, they refused to assist me in English. Told me that I am in Quebec, and therefore were "Insulted" by my English words. Pretty sure that is not how to run a business, or treat any client.

I will never come back! I made an appointment at 4 pm and until 8 pm my cat was there without service. It is the second time that even though they said it would take 1h for my cat to get ready, and the service wasn't done. But it won't have a third time. Never again.

Lots of choice, staff and owner are extremely welcoming and most important : knowledgeable. A lot more than just a pet store, a reference.

Great service! I was there to buy a new harness for my dog and the employee was patient with my dog even though he was very nervous. I ended up getting his nails cut there. My dog acts like it's the end of the world when you touch his nails. It went as smooth as possible, better than previous experiences (in other places). I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this place.
