Always love going here. The cats are all rescues and so well treated. good quality foods and treats for sale. Knowledgable staff and a super sweet owner who wants to help where she can. They have provided me for samples when my cat was very sick. They let us play with the ferrets and teach people about them when we are around. They are easy to talk to with good advice.

I love this store sooo much. They always provide what I need for my cats. Most of the staffs are very friendly and willing to help, although a chubby blonde lady from the aquarium section were very racist the first time I visited the store. I don’t think she works there anymore:)

I have been going to this store for ages, really loved it, but will have to stop now. Called regarding a specific product for my ferret. Was told they had it, but once I came there turned out they had it only for reptiles and another version for cats, dogs and wild mammals. The first one obviously wont do - I am even surprised how they came up to an idea to offer it to me- the second does not mention ferrets or smaller animals on its label (although the brand does manufacture the version specially for small animals, the store simply did not have it). I am not mad they dont have a specific product, not at all. It's just they could have told me that that over the phone so I would not waste 1.5 hours travelling to the store. Over the phone I asked twice if it was FOR FERRETS, it was possible to tell what the pack says so I could make a decision before coming to their store. If the pack dies not list ferrets specifically, I have to make a research prior to the purchase because I really doubt that any of the store girlies has a vet degree abd will take a responsibility in case smth happens to my ferret

Such great customer service! Really cared about where my bunny was going. At first I was really upset about having to show a picture of my cage because of the hassle, but the lovely girl helping me took time to explain and I realized it’s honestly just because they care!! They reserved my bunny Oreo for me till the next day when I came back, I’m so happy with my bunny!! Was nice of them to give me free hay and a toy :)

bind sell is crazy here. Stuff will try all the best to let you buy the cage with any small animal you wanna purchase here. First letting you show the picture of your cage, then they will criticize the cage with comments of what they claimed as"inappropriate". They tell me you shouldnt put two hamster or rabbits into one cage no matter how big it is while their two hamsters in one cage are fighting each other. What a joke. not talking about the dead and sick fish in the aquarium section. They claim they are protecting animals while they are actually abusing them. hilarious.
