The female owner tells me on the phone its 55$ for a standard poodle of 27 pounds the next day I come by and I show her my poodle has a winter coat on and she asked me how I'd like to get him groomed explain everything and she tells me okay this will take around 2 hours and then she will call me as soon as possible so then she called me and tells me if my dog is ready to walk into the store and then she says oh by the way it's not 55 its 87 this was a lot of work and standard poodles are usually $87 and then I said to her well you told me on the phone for standard poodle that weighs 27 pounds is $55 LOL it's $87 and then she said from now on your poodle always cost $87 and I said to he had a winter coat leave him alone every month and his coach won't be won't have a winter coat she said I don't care it was $87 basically just female owner is unprofessional and greedy the grooming service was excellent the administration was horrible she made me pay $71 when it went she said was 55 on the phone and she could have told me that the minute I walked into the store but she didn't she waited until she did all the service and in the end she asked for $87 and I said no that's unprofessional you could have told me that before you did the work and I called her unprofessional and she's greedy so I would not recommend her because she's not honest and I don't even have a price list
