My dog doesn't really like to be handled, so I was a little nervous leaving her. However they're super nice and accommodative, and I will definitely go back. They did a great job and I trust them with my pup. Definitely recommend.

I've just heard a review of this establishment and am frightened at the notion, the possibility anyone could ever mistreat an animal in this manner, such irresponsibility. 16 yr poodle, had growths which would require proper care, special attention in both treatment of service and engaging with the olderly poodle. She required a shave, a "smoothie" and was given a complete puffed grooming, which would have involved severe pain on the ailing companion. The establishment would not permit the poodle's owner, the customer, to see the grooming stations, denied request for proper service, let alone what should be an obvious necessity of a groomers to provide a positive, soothing service, proper care and condideration. Add in not having the simple logic of what the pup would need, not need, given it's health. Profoundly sad and frightening that innocent, benevolent creatures can be so disreguarded as a mere products for income. Yes, businesses can deliver great service however to hear that a error of this magnitude can happen, no proper repercussions or responsibility taken, beyond disconcerning and profoundly sad for the animal and possibility for another to go through. She has already been there before, 3 months prior, how could such an error occur. Google reviews, an option for no star is greatly lacking - greatful and encourage people can share thoughts and experiences however.

My Dog Buddha will be 7 in April. I've been taking him to PP since he was 6 months. I constantly get compliments on his grooming. Anna- Maria who is a Dog Advocate to say the least & a Perfectionist, most of all, she has an innate Gift with these animals & they sense it. The love, care, coaching, & grooming from her & her Outstanding Team is beyond the call of Duty. When I drop Buddha off at Pampered Pets, not only is he gonna have a Great Doggy Day with all the Other Dogs, I go to work knowing that he is in Great Hands. Who Anna- Maria & her Team are for me.... FAMILY!!! Thank you for all Being who you are, your Dedication & tender loving care no matter what kind of day you are having is simply Phenominal! Thank You & We so Appreciate all that you do for all These Precious Animals xxx
